Appointments
Office hours are by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice. We know how important your time is and we
hope for a mutual respect when it comes to valuing the time that we have set aside for your appointment. Patients who repeatedly fail to show up for their appointments or who give us less than 24 hours notice may be charged a
broken appointment fee.
Regular Visits
Regular check-up visits are highly encouraged. Regular examination and cleaning visits keep the mouth and teeth in optimum condition and are actually less expensive than waiting until serious dental problems develop that often
require more time, discomfort, and expense to correct.
We accept all dental insurances and participate with Delta Dental Plan of Michigan. Please provide us with a copy of your dental insurance plan so that we can inform you of the extent of your coverage. A brochure explaining your
dental insurance program can usually be obtained from the personnel office where you work.
Payment Options
Payment is expected at each appointment. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. We understand that dental emergencies cannot be planned so being prepared financially is not always possible. For those that find
themselves in this situation we do offer 0 % Interest Financing through CareCredit©. If you have dental insurance we gladly bill your insurance company and you will receive a bill for your copayment or any other financial
obligations, which your insurance company did not cover. We do our best to accurately quote what your financial obligation will be after treatment.
Please be reminded that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Please be aware that some of the services we provide are considered "non-covered" services by some insurance policies and that some insurance companies set arbitrary, usual, and customary rate schedules that our fees may exceed. You are responsible for payment in full regardless of your insurance companies coverage’s and allowances. Our treatment is designed to meet your dental needs, not to stay within the arbitrary limits of an insurance policy.
Emergencies
Time is reserved each day for dental emergencies enabling us to see most emergency patients the same day they call our office. If you are having a problem, please call the office as soon in the day as possible. Our records show
that patients who seek regular dental check-ups have very few emergencies. Any dental problems can be taken care of before they become painful and expensive.
